Wanted – Part Time Bookkeeper, The Literacy Project Newport Beach
Looking for part time help (flexible hours approximately 20/month) to join our thriving non-profit team. Duties will include general bookkeeping (A/P, A/R and general maintenance of general ledger), donation processing, donor database maintenance, bi-weekly payroll, event budgeting, monthly financial reporting and other projects as needed.
Experience in QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Payroll required. Blackbaud experience ideal. Prior experience in NPO preferred. Experience with Pay Junction, Pay Pal, Just Giving and EventBrite helpful.
Compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
