The Team

University Development is charged with engaging the southern California community around topics that are meaningful to them and their businesses. We build the relationships necessary to fund the vision of a nationally recognized polytechnic university.

Under the leadership of President Soraya Coley, the central development office is increasing its staff to meet the growing needs of a newly adopted strategic plan and a new philanthropic foundation.

The Job

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Central Development, the Director of Leadership Annual Giving provides direct oversight of the comprehensive Annual Giving program including the management of a student-supported telemarketing program, direct mail campaigns, social media outreach, personal cultivation and solicitations of Leadership Annual Fund donors and prospects, and other speical projects and campaigns. This position manages the Associate Director of Leadership Annual Giving, Associate Director of Parent Philanthropy and Special Gifts, Phonathon Coordinator and Annual Fund Assistant.
